A lot has already being said about the recent events that forced everybody to take the streets and support the Black Lives Matter movement. Myself, I have fought racism at every chance in my everyday life. Even as a young Designer, my very first feature in a prestigious book was for an anti-racism poster I designed.
It’s not even something I think about, it’s just who I am. And it’s due to my family history, my heritage, probably the fact I’m half Italian and I feel the need to wash away the fascism my country created, as well as my experience of different cultures in my travels, etc. Or just to the fact that I’m a sensible human being.
In this latest YouTube video as well, I decided I wanted to document the protests in London. As a way of showing my support to the Black Lives Matter movement and to leave a testament of this support in my platforms. So, rather than vlogging and forcing my white man face into the video, I let the protesters be the protagonists.
And I filmed and photographed the whole thing in Black and White because I believe it’s more powerful way to convey emotions.
But enough talk, here’s my video of the Black Lives Matter protests in London.

Support the cause! Be anti-racist.
It’s easy to be in the streets now, riding the wave of the recent events. And it’s great if you are doing it, but you should show support the movement every day. And not tolerate racism in any way shape or form. Much of our white privilege happens unbeknownst to us… Like showing up for a job interview and not hear “ah, I didn’t know you were black”. Yep.
