As you may know if you follow me on Instagram, I spent last weekend going out with the Fujifilm X100V for a full hands-on test and I went vlogging with the X-T4 in the meantime.
I’m actually excited because it is my first vlog published on YouTube! Something I had procrastinated for soooooo long.
I finally managed to launch my YouTube photography channel only a few weeks ago and now I published my first vlog! To be honest, I had lots of fun doing it and even (in some parts) editing it in Adobe Premiere afterwards. It’s been quite the learning on all fronts, maybe something worth writing about. But definitely lots of fun.
What’s this about?
I received the X100V from Fujifilm at the end of last week and had 4 days to play with it. I’m glad the lockdown has eased because I was able to go out a long time for a series of thorough hands-on sessions. And I thought I would record the whole Fujifilm X100V hands-on time with my brand new X-T4.
Aside of one day when I wanted to experience the liberating feeling of just go out with a compact camera (and a powerful one) rather than a bag full of gear, I filmed a lot of my time out with my camera. That’s when I decided I would finally publish a vlog.
And vlogging with the X-T4 has been… interesting. I had issues, but mostly due to my inexperience as a videomaker. Some of them are already highlighted in this vlog but I’ll talk more about them in the next one.
Hope you’ll like the video and that you’ll subscribe to my channel. Feedback and critiques are very much welcome… Help me help you 😉
Here’s the vlog, enjoy!
